Mess Signature is a balanced, challenging, and completely customizable total-body sculpting and conditioning class. The movements and playlists are curated to help you flow seamlessly. By incorporating resistance bands, ankle weights, gliders, and other equipment, we hit all the right spots in all the right ways. Elements of yoga, pilates, and barre are infused throughout the class to keep you aligned and connected. Grippy socks are required.

This class explores the endless possibilities of utilizing the ballet barre to go deeper into positions, challenge the core, gain balance and increase flexibility. Barre will equally focus on isometric movements and dynamic range of motion. Experience a barre class that fuses grace and athleticism, designed to strengthen from the inside out. This class combines the effectiveness of Sculpt mat core exercises with the immeasurable benefits of our Recover format. Dive deep into 35 minutes of mat core activation (abs, buns, hips) to be followed by 10 minutes of mobility, pliability, and flexibility focus. You’re guaranteed to leave class feeling lifted, lengthened, centered, and stronger from the inside out.

Pure Sculpt is a low-impact, sculpt-focused version of our Signature workout experience. The perfect blend of functional training, pilates, and barre will increase your muscular endurance and strength. You’ll have the option to challenge your muscles with slightly heavier resistance. Grippy socks required.
